PAYMENT

Payment is taken by credit card or Apple Pay please note that with Apple Pay if outside the UK a separate link for shipping will be sent if shipping is not selected.

SHIPPING​

Your Headwear will be delivered to the address provided by you on the order form. We cannot be responsible for errors in the delivery information that you supply to us.

We are able to deliver to most global locations but if you do not live within the United Kingdom, Europe or the USA, please contact us for a separate shipping quote.

UK Mainland Delivery: Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.  Delivery will be before 1pm the Next Working Day after despatch.

Deliveries outside the UK: International orders are usually delivered within 7 working days from despatch, however please be aware that the items may be subject to delays in customs.

Orders will be delivered via our International Shipping Couriers. A signature will be required upon receipt of delivery.

Customs:  While we do everything we can to make sure your order is cleared by Customs, we advise that you check with your local Customs, before importing anything to your country that may be stopped or have charges applied.  Justine will not be liable for charges if your shipment is stopped, charged for or disposed of at Customs.


RETURNS POLICY

​All our hats, headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order to your requirements and choices. 

– Made-to-order items that have been custom made for you (i.e. where a hat’s design is amended in accordance with your specific requirements or where a hat has been specifically made for you in a certain colour).

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us in perfect unworn, unmarked condition (if hats are returned to us with any marks or make-up on them, we will not accept your return). 

If we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty, we shall refund your return shipping costs.

​We recommend getting a tracking number when items are sent back as we cannot be responsible for any item lost in transit. Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received, checked and approved. The customer will not be charged for shipping on any exchange/replacement items sent.

When trying your hat or headpiece on, please take special care.  Please ensure that your make-up does not transfer on to the hat or headpiece. If the product is marked by make-up, we are unable to accept the Return and will not issue a refund.  Your product will be returned to you via our Standard Delivery.

JBH Millinery take pride in our customers being fully satisfied with their order and the hat that they have selected in our online store. If however you wish to return your item (s), please follow our returns procedure, stated below;

(a) We must receive written confirmation via email (justine@justinebradley-hill.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt of the hat or headpiece that you wish to make a return and receive a full refund. The reasons for this return must be clearly stated.

(b) We must receive the returned hat within 14 days following our written acceptance via email of your return.

(c) The hat must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK (guaranteeing Delivery before 1pm the Next Working Day after despatch), and via international registered post outside of the UK, with a signature required. The cost of this postage must be paid by you.

(d) The returned hat or headpiece must be unworn, entirely in its’ original condition and packed carefully in its’ original packaging.

(e) The returned hat or headpiece must be sent to Justine Bradley-Hill Millinery The studio 29 Green Land Addingham West Yorkshire (f) We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail or your alternative delivery company if outside of the UK, directly.

Exclusions

The following items may not be returned under this policy:
