Learn the art of hat making with Yorkshire Milliner Justine Bradley-Hill.

Justine has over 30 years of design experience and 17 years millinery practice; a highly qualified teacher offering bespoke one-one millinery tuition and master class workshops.  Justine has gained a BSc (Hons) Degree in Textiles as well as the City and Guilds Level 2, Level 3 in Creative Arts specializing in Millinery and HNC in Millinery from Leeds College

I have been a guest tutor for London Hat Week 17/18/19 and 2020, Parkin Fabrics, Hat Blocks Direct, Artipistolis Spain, The Creative Workshops and Hatwalk Ireland.


Introduction to millinery via zoom (perfect for international students time difference can be accommodated)

Total cost £1500 initial deposit of £500 and then 5 monthly payments of £200.

This an introduction to millinery to get you started on your journey consists of 12 sessions over the one year (1 session per month).

The year will introduce you to the basics of millinery.

The art of leather blocking and simple flower making two day workshop 9.30am -3.30pm £200

Learn how to block leather, cover a foundation structure and create simple flower trim in this fabulous two day master class. A maximum of 3 students on the zoom call and backed up with close up video to complement the class. Students are sent equipment list on booking.

Fabric covered halo bands and berets 



Learn how to cover and drape a halo band, button or beret shape in fabric – velvet, tweed or silk. One day workshop 9.30am -3.30pm £100. A maximum of 3 students on the zoom call and back up with video footage.

Group Master classes are taught on a 1-2 bases in order to give individual attention.   Also I should mention that I have a little black and white dog, if this is a problem please let me know.
